A huge congrats to Dermot who completed this weekends Ironman event in a staggering time of 12 hours 26 mins.

The event includes a 3 mile swim, then a 112 mile bike ride before finishing with a full 26.2 marathon run.

We all know the dedication this has taken from Cossy over the last 12 months, what an achievement.
